First Floor Description
House- Open living dining kitchen area (newly painted this summer) with large pictures windows and views of Nantucket Sound and Tuckernuck. Sliding doors to a large deck with phenomenal views and the BEST sunsets on Island. Master king en suite bedroom with his/hers bathrooms and new distressed pinewood floors, his and hers closets, and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom on 1st floor has a king bed and beautiful wood floors and full bath.
Second Floor Description
Second master bedroom/bathroom with wood floors & French doors leading out to a beautiful second story deck overlooking Tuckernuck. Additional bedroom with two queen beds and new bath. The Guest House is included in the rental and has three bedrooms and two baths. The compound sleeps 17 Total and the guest house has been totally renovated with Central AC.
