First Floor Description:
From a spacious front entry porch, enter into a contemporary setting framed by large picture windows offering amazing views of Nantucket harbor. The main living and dining area is dominated by large picture windows looking out at all the harbor activity. There is a comfortable living area to the left with fireplace. To the right is the dining area. The kitchen, a half bath, laundry room, and bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower are to the right of the dining room. Passing the dining area is a bar and stairs to the second floor. Past the stairs is a sitting room with a fireplace and beyond is a spacious master bedroom area with King size bed and dressing room and bath with shower. Both the sitting room and master bedroom have large picture windows for maximum viewing. A deck spans the entire length of the harbor side of the house.
Second Floor:
Off a central hallway are 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a queen bed. Each bedroom has superb views of the harbor and Town. On the right of the hallway are two baths, one with tub/shower and one with a shower.
