Siasconset Custom House with Infinity Pool. . .Welcome to ALLEGRA (meaning happy); a custom 2014 home at 22 Blackfish Lane situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Sconset. From the moment you step onto the wide plank French Oak floors you will appreciate the one of a kind details throughout this new custom designed and decorated Nantucket home. Stepping outside you will have uninterrupted views with spectacular sunsets looking across the pebbletec infinity pool and then over miles of conservation land of the Nantucket Moors. The bluestone deck of the pool has an open air seating area with a gas firetable. There is also a large grill just steps from the kitchen. An outdoor covered dining table is located directly off of the main dining room, as well. Stepping down from the infinity pool deck, there is a stone wood burning firepit, surrounded by beach sand and Adirondack chairs. A large cedar outdoor shower with an enclosed changing area is right off the driveway as is the entrance to the mud room with direct access to the laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer. There is a Guest Cottage located directly across the pool deck, which is finished with the same quality and attention to detail as the main house; from the wide plank French oak floors to high end appliances. A sitting area is directly next to the Island kitchen, making up the cottage living area (pull out sleeper sofa). Upstairs there is a master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and a private balcony with views over the moors and to the Atlantic Ocean. A queen bedroom with natural light and an en-suite bathroom is located on the lower lever, as is a washer and dryer.

First Floor Description
Beyond the three story stair hall is a gourmet kitchen with a large natural stone island with seating for 6 and countless features from a large Wolf Range with and Microwave, to Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooling storage. The butler's pantry has Nespresso and Cuisinart coffee makers as well as other high end appliances. The kitchen is stocked with a chef's compliment, and china and stemware is from Williams Sonoma and Riedel. The floor plan is very open, where the large dining room is situated next to the kitchen, and the family room is just past the dining room. There is a wood burning fireplace in the cathedral ceiling family room, as well as a concealed 60" television. There is a Control4 music system which can play your favorite music directly, or access music services such as Pandora and the like. One of two master bedrooms is situation on the first floor with direct access to a covered porch off the pool area, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and tub.
Second Floor Description
The second floor has three bedrooms. The master suite has cathedral ceiling and is finished in Ships Lath with direct access through French doors to a large deck with seating and spectacular views! There is a large walk in closet with both hanging and shelf space. Across the hall from the closet is the master bath with a glass enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with glass enclosed showers, as well. Lower Level: For evenings or rainy days, the lower level of ALLEGRA is finished for total entertainment. There is a media room with a 75" screen home theater with Apple TV, Blueray as well as XBOX 1. Beyond a 'secret' door is the game room with something for everyone. From a Hudson shuffleboard table, billiard table, Chexx Bubble Hockey, Foosball, and putting green, to an arcade style Pacman video game. Just past the game room, you can step into the old style pub "The Listing Pint" complete with stone walls and seating for 8 at the bar and side table. There are wall mounted TVs in both the gameroom and bar, as well as a Control 4 music system. There is also a fifth bedroom in the lower level with two full size beds and an en-suite bathroom.
